Adrienne Jenkins Hunt

I am Adrienne Jenkins Hunt, the facilitator of the Super Sunday School course.  I am so excited that you are interested in this class.  Super Sunday School is a virtual bible study course that will teach you strategies to help you get more out of your personal bible study.  We will take a fresh look at some familiar bible stories.  But we’ll also look at some stories that you’ve probably never even heard of. They’ve been in your bible all the time but they’re in those hard to read chapters that are full of those hard to pronounce names and places.  I’ve done that!  But now I understand just how important those stories are to understanding the entire bible.

So why this particular course?

I kept hearing people say things like “Adrienne, I read my bible every day, but I feel like I’m not getting as much out of it as I could.” I’ve even had a few people tell me “I read my bible every day just because I’m supposed to.” I believe that God wants to speak to us every time we open His word.  Reading your bible should not be done just because it’s part of your religious tradition.

Our goal is to help you understand more of what you are reading so bible study is not a chore but something that you eagerly look forward to.

Course Structure

So, let me explain how this class is constructed.  This is a 12-week course that meets via Zoom every Sunday evening from 7:00pm – 8:30pm EST.  The next class begins on  July 13, 2025.

Before class begins you will receive an invitation to the private Super Sunday School Facebook Group.  It’s important that you are part of this group because:

  1. This is where your homework assignments will be posted after class.
        1. Yes! There will be homework.
  2. Any graphics that I thought were important for that lesson will also be posted so you can review them during your own personal study time.
  3. Class members can also post discussion questions, articles, scriptures, songs and prayer request.
All these worked together to create a pleasant learning experience, so we welcome that. But understand that any content posted can be removed by the page admins.
